SEO Specialist & Copywriter 

Picture this: it's May 2020. The virus reared its ugly head, and I just graduated from University. My life became nationwide lockdowns, hiring freezes, and unnerving fear. Some luck.

 

So, I took matters into my own hands. I began freelancing as a copywriter through Upwork, investing in myself and developing more extensive SEO and digital marketing skills. Looking back, that leap of faith opened an entirely new set of doors for me. If I had a time machine, I wouldn't go back to change a thing.

My next leap of faith began in 2023 when I backpacked through 11 countries. Traveling the world, living minimally and close to the environment, and experiencing other cultures has been on my bucket list since I could remember. I always told myself, if I could just get the chance to live out this dream, I could die happily. Now, I've trekked through the jungle with elephants in Thailand, drifted down rivers in bamboo rafts, volunteered on a homestay in Spain, and performed a purification ritual in a Bali temple. I've jumped from cliffs in the Phillippines, learned to make pizza and pastas in Italy, hiked the Morro Dois Irmãos in Brazil, and ate the best Phở I've ever had in Saigon. 

 

I enjoy writing, sharing my experiences with others, and giving tips on navigating the joys and uncertainties of traveling on a budget.
